and/or disk duplication orders. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice.

* We will not issue refunds or credits for non-defective duplicated disks because they are not
compatible with your (or your client's) DVD players or computer drives. Prior to placing an order, be sure
that your (and/or your customer's) equipment is 100% compatible with DVD-R disks.
